Prohibited Items
To keep Roskalava safe and lawful, certain items may never be listed.
Before you list
Roskalava exists to help people give away useful items safely and responsibly. To protect the community and comply with the law, the items below are not permitted. If you're unsure whether an item is allowed, don't list it until you've contacted us. Roskalava may remove any listing that violates these guidelines.
Illegal items
Anything illegal to own, possess or distribute — including stolen property, counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, forged documents and any other illegal products.
Weapons & ammunition
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks (where prohibited) and weapon parts intended for illegal use.
Dangerous materials
Hazardous chemicals, toxic substances, radioactive or explosive materials, dangerous waste, and any item that could present a serious safety risk.
Medicines & medical products
Prescription medication, controlled substances, and open or partially used medical products that may pose health risks.
Alcohol, tobacco & nicotine
Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vape devices, and nicotine products where prohibited by law.
Adult content
Roskalava is a family-friendly platform. Pornographic material, sexually explicit products, and offensive or obscene content are not allowed.
Live animals
Roskalava is not intended for giving away, selling or rehoming live animals. Please use dedicated animal-welfare organisations or services.
Food & perishable goods
Fresh food, opened food products and highly perishable items should not be listed unless specifically permitted by future platform guidelines.
Recalled or unsafe products
Products that have been officially recalled, are known to be dangerous or defective, or could cause harm to another person.
Fraudulent listings
Fake listings, misleading descriptions, false photos, impersonation and any attempt to deceive other users.
Intellectual property
Content that infringes others' rights, including copyrighted images used without permission, trademark infringement and counterfeit branded products.
Our right to remove listings
Roskalava may remove listings that violate these guidelines, break the law, pose a safety risk, mislead users or damage the integrity of the platform. Repeated violations may lead to suspension or a permanent ban.
